Increase Exposure for Your Articles
and Your Writing
ou can attempt to increase exposure for your articles by using an unusual method I created for my business, In-Vesica.
I created a method to reduce time and repeat content to establish an impenetrable force that makes it difficult for unscrupulous people to use your work without crediting you or obtaining your permission.
Work smart. Slice the pie.
Create the page content for the web site first. From that, move on to the article, a smaller, tighter presentation of the web page with links to the specific web page. I have read that it is not beneficial to link to the home page of the web site. I think that makes a lot of sense. Bring the viewer to more of the information you excited them about. This will include information on your products and displayed on the page are the buttons and other links to venture into the web site if they wish.
Distribute
the article to article web sites.
Some are:
- Article Alley
- Mass Article Control
Create the article itself as a separate landing page with synonymous words and links to your products and your web site.
Two products, a Word Press software and a landing page product can be used to achieve this. Embed the video. Templates are available, or if you know programming you can do this for yourself.
Note: As of March 2024, I noticed that Ezine Articles is no longer available. I typed the names of my articles in the browser and saw how many places my articles were, not uploaded by me, and without author credit. Article writing may not be a reliable method of advertising your information or your website. I am glad I created the accompanying videos.
If you have a blog, summarize the article in two, maximum three sentences. This would also satisfy those who may desire just a little more information than a sentence description. Link all of the content together – to the article and the web site.

go a little further. Consider that
everyone does not want to read regardless of how well the article is written.
Use video to bring attention to your articles.
Create the video with images if appropriate, that inform as well as entertain. Video software offers include avatars and article content using voice-overs. You can include all of the article content in the video, however, you want to encourage the viewer visit the web site. The video, like the blog summary paragraph, only serves to direct the person to the web site to read about all of the information and offers you have.
Video can touch several senses. Music is a great addition to video for mood and entertainment. Binaural recording in video adds a dimension of realism.
Below I outline some other video sharing websites where you can embed your videos for more promotion and traffic. Once you have your YouTube (or any other video website) embed code, simply post it to the following websites to boost your video visibility to the max. If you add it to all of them the very least you could expect is a few hundred extra views but if your video is good quality, has great content, or is funny or controversial then expect many more!
If you spend a little more time adding your video embed code to these extra sites, you could be surprised by the results you get. Don’t overlook the combined leveraging opportunity that these websites have. The great part is that there is little effort required on your part for this syndication and if you already have videos on YouTube you’d be mad to ignore it, unless of course you don’t want the extra web traffic!
Not many people utilize this technique either so it’s good way of being one step ahead of the competition.

Using this process you can achieve:
1. Multiple distribution of the web site page, and by extension the web site itself;
2. Multiple distribution of the article,
a. Hostgator or the like can upload these pages with other keywords and long tail keywords increasing the number of exposures for your work
i. Include product information, or
ii. With an opt-in box;
3. Multiple distribution of the video, and
a. Free - YouTube, owned by Google; Blip.TV; Dailymotion, and Metacafe
b. Paid – Traffic Geyser
c. Video Forward – distribute your videos through it via Only Wire.
4. Greater insurance against plagiarism and theft of your intellectual property.

Maximize the opportunity to list all of your articles in your videos. Including them in a video or slide presentation will increase the number of people who will see the link and may increase the number of people who will actually follow through and read the articles. If there are several, think about using single slides with appropriate images for related articles. Another slide could list other types of articles and where to find them.
The redundancy of exposing your articles and their links with your name and your business on several web pages may discourage theft of your work. However, continue to place your article title in the browser and see if it is used anywhere other than what you approved. Continue to produce good work. Keep in mind that the purpose is to help others. Create content with valuable information and make it available in all ways that are possible.
